We have been so pleased with the work Jeff did in remodeling our kitchen, we want to recommend him to everyone!  When we started the project  a few months ago we never dreamed our kitchen could ever look this great. There are lots of contractors on the market but we selected Jeff because we knew he was someone who was upfront, experienced and had our best interest at heart. Over the past four years I have had the opportunity to hire JT Pulliam Construction for several of our home remodeling projects. First was a kitchen remodel where Mr. Pulliam installed new stainless steel appliances, lighting, granite counter top and radiant heated travertine floor. We also resolved an unfinished part of the basement and added a darkroom and wine cellar. Our next project was to install bamboo floors in our basement and stairwell plus a bathroom remodel complete with heated travertine floor, new travertine shower and countertop with all new fixtures. We subsequently added a new room and replaced our deck with a beautiful new one. The new room maintained the architecture of the 1928 Ellis Laurence house and appears quite seamless. French doors lead out to the new deck and terraced landscape, all built by Jeff Pulliam himself.  I can highly recommend Jeff Pulliam Construction without hesitation. Jeff was always prompt and worked tirelessly through the day, cleaning before he left for the evening. What most surprised me about Jeff was how much of the work he did himself. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with Jeffrey Pulliam. After experiences with other service providers in the past, I thought I would end up having to defend our contract and fight to get our house finished in an appropriate and timely manner. However, this was not the case at all. Jeff and his crew did such a wonderful job on our home that it is hard to tell that the addition was not originally part of the house.

I really appreciated how friendly Jeff was and how he consulted with me on what he was doing. I felt comfortable with his skills and knowledge in the construction field and appreciated his desire to do a perfect job. He did not skimp on materials at all, even going out of his way to return materials and purchase different ones just to get a perfect match with the rest of our home. Additionally, he put in extras, such as childproof electrical outlets, which I really appreciate.

Jeff and his team were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves every day and went out of their way to make sure materials were kept out of the way. Jeff also provided me with suggestions about small steps I could do myself to make other areas of my house look better. He even gave me some of his materials to start the process!

After Jeff was done with his work, he let me know that he would come back at any time if I needed anything changed. When I called to ask him a question about one little thing, he was back the next morning to fix it up.

In addition to the work Jeff did on our home, I was pleased with the communication I received from his business. When I called to get bids from other contractors, I had to call a few times before having my calls returned and waited weeks for the bids to be finalized. The bid from Jeff was prompt and his secretary did a great job of staying in touch with me and checking in during the bidding process as well as during the construction process.

If I ever need a contractor again, I will not hesitate to contact Jeffrey Pulliam. I have already suggested his services to friends and would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor. I know he will do a great job and take care of their homes as professionally as he did mine!
