Insurance
Your insurance company wants to pay as little as possible on your claim. Jeff works directly with insurance adjusters to make sure you get what’s fair from your insurer. He will even take photos and document problems, showing you and your insurer the exact details of the project in plain language that everyone can understand.
Jeff Pulliam with JT Pulliam Construction fights hard for your claim with your Insurance Company.
A good example would be the family that experienced a fire from their wood stove in their Log Home on Christmas Eve. The roof caught on fire and from their, the walls, bathrooms, hallways and staircase, the great room and all the wood floors were damaged, if not destroyed. After filing their claim the Insurance Companies contractor and the Ins adjuster came to them saying the total would be $47,000 for repairs and that the Contractor would be out to start. The home owners insisted on a 2nd opinion and called Jeff. He met the adjuster at the property and by the time Jeff got done with him they came back with an adjusted total of $153,000. Just goes to show you always get a 2nd opinion. By allowing the owners to help with projects they were capable of doing it freed up money for extra’s. He also made sure the Insurance Company was paying for an apartment for as long as it took to get the home back to living conditions. Jeff is not only honest and hard working but he really cares about his customers and always goes above and beyond.
